وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ

Saheeh Int. : And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]
